Oh, The Lumens creates lively, organic, and contemporary music in a mainly instrumental universe. With the incorporation of wonky beats, plenty of percussion, playful guitar noodling, and the occasional off-kilter sample, Oh, The Lumens glues together something distinctively left-field yet still suitable for the dance floor.

Inspired by bands such as Battles, Tom Tom Club, Holy Fuck, Against All Logic, Los Bitchos, Matias Aguayo, Ratatat, and more — Oh, The Lumens is a high-spirited musical collaboration, going +15 years strong, between two friends, Péter Tóth and Rikard Jönsson.

The album ‘Lo, the Humans’ was written, performed, and recorded in 2021 - 2022, in Berlin, Stockholm, and Göteborg, by Péter Tóth and Rikard Jönsson aka ‘Oh, The Lumens’.
